We won't know how many people will attend our day, do we order the event stationery after the rsvp date once we have the final guest list?
Our site is set up so that you can order the invite series and event series separately. Once you have your RSVP replies and the final guest list, you can order as many placecards etc as you require for the day. Some couples order both at the same time, allowing for early 'pre-approval' on an estimated amount, leaving less to do closer to the day. Any additions and changes are easily made nearer the event date.

We would like alternate wording on our invites, is this possible?
The designs are flexible and suit all types of text configurations. We set your supplied text within the design, adjusting so that all elements sit perfectly. We also give suggestion as to what works and can help with overall text where required.

How do we view our stationery to approve it?
Once your text is submitted to us, a timeline is set and PDF files for approval are emailed to you. Print the proofs, make your changes and fax a copy to us for resubmission of your amends back to you. You can also email outline the changes required. Your designs enter print production only after full signoff.

Can we add additional invites if we require more once we have sent them out to our guests?
We suggest ordering a few blanks for any last minute guests, or 'B' lists. They are supplied blank with your order and can neatly be hand written in. We have minimum orders of 30, thus it is better to include a few extra blanks than ordering 30 as a new order.

From ordering when will we have our stationery delivered?
Once an order is placed, we require your text elements to commence the designs. We contact you with confirmation of your order and then a timeline will be set for you. From text receipt to delivery is approximately 4 weeks. We can set orders urgently where requested, depending upon request this may require a urgency surcharge.
